CMX: CMX served a warning

On October 10, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.154/2011/QD-SGDHCM to serve a warning to Ca Mau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation (HOSE: CMX)

Reason: The Corporation continued violating the information disclosure regulations at Point 1.1 – Provision II, Point 1.2 & 1.3 – Provision IV of Circular No.09/2010/TT-BTC dated 01/15/2010 by the Ministry of Finance.
