DXV: Information on Cam Ranh Cement Project

On January 23, 2011, Da Nang Contruction Building Materials and Cement JSC (HOSE: DXV) and Ha Tien 1 Cement JSC signed “Project and Attached Asset Transfer Agreement” under the authorization of the 2010 General Meeting of Shareholders of Da Nang Contruction Building Materials and Cement JSC.

• Basing on the proposal to adjust the investment certificate for Cam Ranh Cement Factory Project, which had been submitted to the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa province, the People’s Committee approved the adjustment in Investment Certificate No.37121000085 on August 18, 2011 with the following adjusted issue:

• Change of the investor from Da Nang Contruction Building Materials and Cement JSC to Ha Tien 1 Cement JSC, under Transfer Agreement No.01-2011/HT1-DN dated January 23, 2011.
