SMA: Information Disclosure violation

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of a major shareholder:

Mr. Tran Van Thu, bought 80,000 SMA shares on September 01, 2011 and decreased the owning ratio to 5.54%, so the Company had not to report transactions as a major shareholder. Besidies, Mr. Tran Van Thu, bought 132,250 SMA shares from September 05, 2011 to September 07, 2011 without announcement.
