PVS: Business operational explanation

According to the Financial Statement QIII/2011, profit after tax of QIII/2011 of holding company decreased by more than 10% year on year. PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (HNX: PVS) explained the decrease in operating result in QIII/2011 as follows:

- For the first 9 months of 2011, the Company has transformed some branches and One-member Company Limited into joint stock companies (8 units). Profit of these companies was not distributed to the holding company in QIII.2011. Thus, profit after tax of the holding company is lower year on year.
