Tan Phu Plastic JSC (HNX: TPP) announces the Board Resolution approved on 31/10/2011 on the transfer of shares issued by Central Region Tan Phu Plastics JSC as follows:

- Number of shares to be transferred: 97,500 shares

- Total par value to be transferred: VND975,000,000, equalling 48.75% of charter capital of Central Region Tan Phu Plastics JSC

- Transfer price: VND10,000/share

- Time for transfer: QIV/2011

Effective date of this Board Resolution: 31/10/2011.
