TVD: Results of extraordinary general meeting of shareholders

Vinacomin Vang Danh Coal JSC (HNX: TVD) has disclosed the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 29/10/2011. The following resolutions were approved:

1. The plan of seasoned issue to increase charter capital from VND152,807,900,000 to VND250,000,000,000:

Number of shares to be issued: 9,719,210 shares, in which:

- Bonus share issue for shareholders (17%): 2,597,734 shares

- Seasoned issue for shareholders (46.6%): 7,121,476 shares

2. Amendment in company’s charter

3. Listing additional shares on Hanoi Stock Exchange

4. The BOD is authorized to carry out relative tasks.
