Telecommunication Technical Service JSC (HNX: TST) annnounce its Notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:
1. Issuer: Telecommunication Technical Service JSC
2. Stock code: TST
3. Par value: VND 10,000
4. Stock type: Common stock
5. Record date: 28/10/2011
6. Ex-date: 26/10/2011
7. Reasons: Dividend payment 2010 in cash:
* First round:
+ Exercise rate: 11% (Shareholders receive VND 1,100 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 10/11/2011
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Telecommunication Technical Service JSC on working days (From Monday to Friday) from 10/11/2011. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
* Second round:
+ Exercise rate: 4% (Shareholders receive VND 400 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 30/12/2011
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Telecommunication Technical Service JSC on working days (from Monday to Friday) from 30/12/2011. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
