On October 12, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange allowed Viet Nam Dairy Products JSC (HOSE: VNM) to repurchase VNM shares from the employees who left the Company:
• Company: Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company (Vinamilk)

• Volume registered to buy back: 30,000 shares.
• Purpose: To buy back shares from the employees who left the Company.
• Capital: Surplus capital and undistributtion profit
• Trading method: Put through
• Trading period: From October 24, 2011 to January 24, 2011.
