TST: Board Resolution on Dividend payment

Telecommunication Technical Service JSC (HNX: TST) announces the Board Resolution approved on 11/10/2011 as follows:

The plan of dividend payment 2010 in cash:

+ First round:

- Exercise date: 10/11/2011

- Exercise rate: 11% (Shareholders receive VND 1,100 for every share they own)

+ Second round:

- Exercise date: 30/12/2011

- Exercise rate: 4% (Shareholders receive VND 400 for every share they own)

Management Board is authorized to carry out relative tasks.
