Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development JSC (HNX: IDV) announces the Board Resolution on 07/10/2011 as follows:
- Approved dividend payment in advance of 2011 (The second time) with exercise rate: 10% at the end of 2011 (Estimated 22/12/2011)
- Management Board are responsible for balancing financial resource for this payment and performing related procedures to State authorities in accordance with securities law.
