SHN: Board Resolution

Hanoi Investment General Corporation (HOSE: SHN) (Hanic) announces Board Resolution approved on 21/01/2011 as follows:

1. Plan to cooperate with BETA Joint Stock Company - Ministry of Defense in investing and trading Thanh Ha A –Cienco 5 urban area.

-Hanoi Investment General Corporation will lend about VND 1000 billion to Beta Joint Stock Company in the first stage. Expected expenses for management is collected about VND 500,000/1m2 including VAT.

2. Hanic plans to cooperate with BETA Joint Stock Company – Ministry of Defense to invest and trade about 5 hecta of Thanh Ha A-CIENCO 5 project.
