HBC: Winning 02 contracts at Hochiminh City

Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate (HOSE: HBC) has announced successful tender in 02 contracts at HCMC as follows:

• Celadon City Project (Tan Thang Sport & Urban Area) is implemented by co-operation of Sacomreal and GamudaLand under Gamuda Berhad. The project is at Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu Dist., HCMC. with over 82.5ha of total area and expected to supply 8,577 apartments to market. HOA BINH CORPORATION won a main contract for the stage 1 (514 apartments) & 2 (974 apartments) with shops and basement of plot A2 worth nearly 800 billion dongs. Estimated time for construction is 15 months as of started date for each work

• Project of Sai Gon Giai Phong Newspaper Building is at 432-438 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai St., Dist. 3. HCMC. The contract is worth about 40 billion dongs and takes 157 days for construction as of the stared date.
