On January 12, 2011, Thien Long Group Corporation was granted Certificate for Public Share Issuance No.02/GCN-UBCK by the State Securities Commission. On October 06, 2011, Thien Long Group Corporation (HOSE: TLG) reported on the use of capital from the public offering:

• Total net proceeds from the offering: VND36,438,500,000 (Deducted issue expenses)

• Used amount: VND36,438,500,000; including:

• Build workshops, expand the production premise for project: VND26,017,945,239

• Buy and install more machines and equipment for the production of pens and stationery: VND10,420,554,761.
