UDC: Explanation for 5 ceiling-hitting consecution
Urban Development and Construction Corporation (HOSE: UDC) explained the stock ceiling hitting for 5 consecutive sessions from September 22, 2011 to September 28, 2011 because of some reasons:
The company announced a record date for 2010 dividend payment with 7.85% in cash on 10 October 2011. Beside, UDEC bought back its 839,350 shares from 19 September 2011 to 19 November 2011
The company implemented completely the information disclosure under the Law
The transactions of LAF stock depended on the change of market and out of the company’s control.
