Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate JSC (HNX: SCR) announces the Board decision approved on 05/10/2011 as follows:
- Authorization for Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc, Deputy Chair of the Board, to resolve and sign papers which under Chair of the Board’s power with effect from 06/10/2011 to 14/10/2011
- Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc has to follow the law and the Company’s regulations, implement, report and take charge of business in the time of authorization.
