According Resolution dated September 26, 2011 and Resolution No.02-2011/NQ-HDQT dated September 27, 2011 of the BOD, Hong Bang Securities Company (HBSC) has announced a personnel change as follows:

-The resignation Mr. Duong Ngoc Minh from a member of the Board of Directors cum BOD Chairman

- The resignation Mr. Le Nam Thanh from a member of the Board of Directors

- Appointing Ms. Quach Le Dung as BOD Chairwoman

- Appointing Mr. Tran Thuan Hoa as a member of the BOD.
