- Short name: Vinh Hoan 4 Co., Ltd

- Charter capital: 50,000,000,000 dongs

Article 2: Appointing Ms. Truong Thi Le Khanh as a representative manager to control the capital

Article 3: Authorizing Ms Truong Thi Le Khanh rights and obligations of VINH HOAN CORP at Vinh Hoan 4 Co., Ltd

Article 4: The resolution is valid as from September 29, 2011.
