• Approving the resignation of Mr. Duong Van Co from the Board of Directors as of October 01, 2011

• Appointing Ms. Nguyen Thanh Huyen, Vice Manager of Investment Board of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, to the Board of Directors of Petrolimex Gas Joint Stock Company as of October 01, 2011.
