SC5: SC5’s role at a company received its capital

Construction Joint Stock Copany No 5 (SC5) confirmed its rights and responsibilities at My Phuoc Im-Export Construction & Investment Joint Stock Company (My Phuoc) (*) as follows:

As at 27 September 2011, SC5 invested total amount 1,045,799,410 dongs equal to 104,580 shares (16.85% of 620,630 shares of total shares of My Phuoc)

Basing on Enterprise Law, SC5 is not in regulations for parent company and its subsidiaries

Therefore, SC5 will not make consolidated financial statements including business results of My Phuoc.
