SDE: Explanation for 5 consecutive ceiling-hitting sessions

On 07/09/2011, Song Da Electrical Engineering JSC (HNX: SDE) explained the stock ceiling hitting for 5 consecutive sessions from 25/08/2011 to 31/08/2011 as follows:

- Due to the current situation of Vietnam stock market, price of listed stocks including SDE have continuously fallen, despite of the Company has operated normally

- This increase happened after announcing of Review financial statement

- The Company did not make any other information which affected the price of the Company’s stock.
