GIL: Information disclosure violation

Violation of information disclosure requirement of treasury stock trading in Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade JSC (HOSE: GIL) as follows:

Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade JSC bought treasury stock from April 15, 2011 to August 17, 2011. But ordered price and quantity in versions, which has not regulated on trading treasury stock.
