L18: Dissolution of company’s branch in Pha Lai

Investment and Construction JSC No.18 (HNX: L18) announces the Dissolution of its branch in Pha Lai as follows:

- Dissolving Company’s branch in Pha Lai with effect since 22/09/2011.

- Pha Lai branch manager has responsibility to continue handing over the assets, documents, equipment for Company’s departments concerned; settling debts, labor policies for employees

- Investment and Construction JSC No.18 is responsible for payment of contracts, debts including tax debts of the branch andcontinue to use labor or solve all the rights of the employees who worked at the branch in accordance with Vietnam labor law

- General Manager, heads of relevant departments and Pha Lai branch manager have responsibility for conducting necessary procedures to implement the dissolution of the branch in accordance with the law and reporting progress and results to the Board.
