Violation of information disclosure requirement of the insider trading in Idico - Petroleum trading Construction Investment JSC (HOSE: PXL) as follows:

Ms. Chi Thi Thu Hien(Wife of Mr. Tran Manh Dung – CEO) was late in reporting the trading result of PXL stock after registering to trade on May 20, 2011.
