DMC: Domesco appoints 2 new Deputy CEOs

On October 15, 2011, the Board of Directors of Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation (HOSE: DMC) (Domesco) unanimously decided to appoint two new deputy CEOs:

• Appointing Mr. Le Van Nha Phuong, born on 04/14/1980, Director of Research and Development Center, as Deputy CEO of DMC, responsible for Industry.

• Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa, born on 10/21/1967, Director of Financial Section, as Deputy CEO of DMC, responsible for Finance and Accounting.
