Drilling Mud Corporation (HNX: PVC) has disclosed its General Mandate via a ballot on 11/10/2011 as follows:

- Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy has resigned from full-time Director of the Comapny with effect since 01/10/2011

- Mr. Do Xuan Vinh has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 01/10/2011

- Mr. Do Xuan Vinh has been elected full-time Director of the Comapny with effect since 01/10/2011

- Mr. Pham Minh Duc has been elected Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 01/10/2011.
