- Name of the Company: Hanoi VPID single-member company limited (HNVPID)

- Charter capital: VND 18,000,000,000

- Owner: Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development JSC

- Mr. Le Phung Ha, Chair of the Board of Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development JSC, has been appointed Chairman of HNVPID

- Mr. Le Phung Ha is representative for equity owned by Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development JSC at HNVPID

- Mr. Nguyen Duy Trung has been appointed Manager of HNVPID

- Mr. Nguyen Duy Trung is responsible for implementing and coordinating with other functional departments of the company to perform the legal procedures for the establishment of the company.
