AGD: Change of Vinaceglass’ representatives

On October 17, 2011, Godaco Seafood JSC (HOSE: AGD) announced the change of representatives for Vinaceglass’ capital in Godaco Seafood:

Mr. Le Quang Tuan, Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy CEO of Vietnam Ceramic and Glass Corporation (Vinaceglass), and Mr. Nguyen Tung Duong, a staff of Vietnam Ceramic and Glass Corporation (Vinaceglass) were not representatives for Vinaceglass’ capital in AGD as from October 17, 2011.
