On 08/09/2011, Sara JSC (HNX: SRB) explained the stock ceiling hitting for 5 consecutive sessions from 29/08/2011 to 05/09/2011 as follows:

- Vietnam stock market is more stable after long-lasting decline. Trading volume has been improved and shares are no longer bargained away at any prices

- The Company’s operation is carried out as normal

- The consecutive ceiling-hitting sessions of SRB were out of the company’s control.
