DCC: DCC served a warning

On September 09, 2011, HOSE officially signed Decision No.133/2011/QD-SGDHCM to serve a warning notice to Industry Construction Corporation (HOSE: DCC) (Descon).

Reason: The Company continued to violate the information disclosure regulations at Provision 1.2, Provision 1.3, Section IV, Circular No.09/2010/TT-BTC dated January 15, 2010 by the Ministry of Finance.
