On September 12, 2011, The CEO of HOSE officially decided No. 134/2011/QD-SGDHCM to serve a warning to BenTre Forestry and Aquaproduct Import Export JSC as follows:

Reason: The company has repeatedly violated the provisions of Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC for information disclosure of financial statements.
