Ninh Binh Thermal Power JSC (HNX: NBP) announces the Board Resolution approved on 30/08/2011 as follows:

- Mr. Pham Ngoc Hoa has been appointed Chair of the Board in place of Mr. Tran Ke Tan with effect since 01/09/2011

- Mr. Duong Duc Thuy has been appointed Director with effect since 01/09/2011

- Mr. Do Hoang Khoi has been appointed General Manager cum Director with effect since 01/09/2011.
