PSI: Change of directors

According to decisions dated 08/29/2011 by the Director General, Petro Vietnam Securities Incorporated (HOSE: PSI) announced personnel changes in Hai Phong and Ha Noi Branches as follows:

• Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Hung Dung as Director of the branch of Petro Vietnam Securities Incorporated in Hai Phong from August 29, 2011

• Appointing Mr. Nguyen Huu Tung as Director of the branch of Petro Vietnam Securities Incorporated in Hai Phong from August 29, 2011

• Approving the resignation of Ms. Hoang Hai Anh as Director of the branch of Petro Vietnam Securities Incorporated in Ha Noi from August 29, 2011

• Appointing Mr. Tran Anh as Director of the branch of Petro Vietnam Securities Incorporated in Ha Noi from August 29, 2011.
