ATSC: Changes in the Board of Directors
According to Resolution No.240/NQ-ATSC dated September 05, 2011 by the general meeting, An Thanh Securities JSC (HOSE: ATSC) announced the personnel changes as follows:
• Mr. Nguyen Binh Dong, Deputy Chairman, was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Pham Ngoc Phu
• Mr. Ha Huy Lieu was elected to the Board of Directors
• Mr. Nguyen Huu Long resigned from the Board of Directors.
