Petroleum Industrial & Civil Construction JSC (HOSE: PXI) announced the personnel change as follows:

• The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Bui Van Dau from the Board of Directors

• The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Ngo Van Tuy as Deputy Director and temporarily appointed Mr. Ngo Van Tuy to the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Bui Van Dau until the Company holds a general meeting

• Effective date: September 05, 2011.
