Lilama No.5 JSC (HNX: LO5) announces changes in the Board of Directors (BOD) and Management Board (MB) as below:

1. Change in the Board of Directors:

- Mr. Dinh Thanh Le has been dismissed from member of the BOD with effect since 30/08/2011

- Mr. Pham Dinh San, Deputy General Manager has been appointed member of the BOD with effect since 30/08/2011

2. Change in Management Board

- Mr. Tran Van Mao, Chair of the BOD cum General Manager has been dismissed from General Manager of the Company

- Mr. Pham Dinh San, member of the BOD has been appointed General Manger with effect since 01/9/2011.
