HLA: Information on Member of the BOD
Huu Lien Asia Corporation (HOSE: HLA) announced the change of workplace of Member in the Board of Directors as follows:
As from August 05, 2011, Mr. Doan Minh Tien, Member of the Board of Directors, was not the Deputy Director General of BIDV Financial Investment JSC (BFI). Therefore, buying and selling of HLA stock of BIDV Financial Investment JSC have not involved Mr. Doan Minh Tien anymore.
