L44: Board Resolution

Lilama 45.4 (HNX: L44) announces the Board Resolution approved on 20/08/2011 as follows:

1. Dismissing Mr. Pham Dinh San from member of the BOD because Vietnam Machinery Erection Corporation assigned him to other position

2. Change in capital holder: Mr. Dao Van Cuong, member of the BOD is assigned to hold 10% of charter capital in place of Mr. Pham Dinh San with effect since 20/08/2011.
