KHP: Change of the State’s representative

According to Decision No.3568/QD-EVN CPC dated August 18, 2011 by the President cum Director General, Khanh Hoa Power JSC (HOSE: HKP) announced the change of the State’s Representative in the Company as follows:

• Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, a member of the KHP’s Board of Directors, resigned as the Representative for the State’s capital of Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) in Khanh Hoa Power JSC as of August 18, 2011

• Mr. Trinh Minh Quang, a member of KHP’s Board of Directors cum Manager of EVNCPC’s Legal Board, was appointed as the Representative for 10% of KHP’s charter capital, the State’s capital of Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) in Khanh Hoa Power JSC, as of August 18, 2011.
