• Ex-right date: August 29, 2011

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 29& 30, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights.)

• Record date: August 31, 2011

• Dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value (VND700/ share)

• Purpose: to make the first dividend payment for 2011.
