• Ex-right date: August 25, 2011

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 25 & 26, 2011, sellers will not receive the rights.)

• Record date: August 29, 2011

• Dividend pay-out ratio: 30%/par value (VND3,000/share)

• Payment date: September 16, 2011
