• Approving the payment of remaining dividend of 2010 and first dividend payment in advance 2011

• Excercise rate: 9% (Remaining dividend of 2010: 2%; first dividend payment in advance of 2011: 7%)

• Expected excercise date: 26/09/2011. The BOD will seclect a record date which is appropriate to the law.
