• Stock symbol: VSC

• Stock type: Common stock

• Par value: VND 10,000

• Ex-right date: August 29, 2011

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 29 & 30, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights.)

• Record date: August 31, 2011

• Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/share)

• Purpose: To make dividend payment for 2011

• Payment date: September 21, 2011
