• Stock symbol: PGD
• Stock type: Common stock
• Par value: VND 10,000
• Ex - right date: August 19, 2011
(In case of put - through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 19 & 22, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights)
• Record date: August 23, 2011
• Dividend pay - out ratio: 15%/Par value (VND1,500/Share)
• Purpose: To make the first dividend payment for 2011.
• Payment date: September 08, 2011
