RAL: Resolution on dividend payment
On August 04, 2011, The Board of Directors of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask JSC (HOSE: RAL) unanimously agreed to make the first dividend payment of 2011 as follows:
• Dividend ratio for the first payment: 15%(VND1,500/share)
• Total value of the first payment of 2011: VND17,250,000,000
• Payment date: August 31, 2011.
• This resolution is effective from August 04, 2011.
