On August 01, 2011, The Board of Directors of Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment JSC (HOSE: VSI) unanimously agreed to make the first dividend payment of 2011 as follows:

• Stock symbol: VSI

• Dividend ratio for the first payment: 5%(VND500/share)

• Trading method: In cash

• Record date: August 24, 2011

• Payment date: September 12, 2011.
