• Ex-right date: August 17, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 17 & 18, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights.)

• Dividend pay-out ratio: 30%/ par value (VND3,000/ share), In which:
+ Year 2010: 5% (VND500/share)
+The first of 2011: 25% (VND2,500/share)
• Purpose: To make the left dividend payment for 2010 and the first dividend payment for 2011
