IDICO Infrastructure Development Investment JSC (HOSE: HTI) announces the record date to close shareholder list:
• Stock symbol: HTI
• Stock type: Common stock
• Par value: VND 10,000
• Ex-right date: August 18, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 18 & 19, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights.)
• Record date: August 22, 2011
• Dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value (VND700/ share)
• Purpose: To make the second dividend payment for 2010.
• Payment date: August 31, 2011
