FPT: Resolution on advance dividend
On August 11, 2011, the Board of Directors of FPT Corporation (HOSE: FPT) adopted a decision on paying an advance dividend for the first six months of 2011:
• Payment rate: 10%/Par value (Or VND1,000/Share)
• Payment time: At the latest September 2011
• Record date: August 31, 2011
• Payment date: September 23, 2011
• This resolution takes effect from August 11, 2011.
