Ninh Binh Thermal Power JSC announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2011 of the Company, which was going to be on 08/07/2011, did not take place as planned because participants were 45 representing 7,582,640 shares (58.9% of voting rights which is less than 65% as required). The second AGM will be held on 22/07/2011.
