• Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung: BOD Chairman cum Director General, Legal Representative, Chairman of the Member Board of MHC Hai Phong Co., Ltd. (MHC HP), Member of the Member Board of Hanoi Property Management Co., Ltd., (HPM)

• Mr. Nguyen Quang Phuc: Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of Wallem Company, Member of the Member Board of Southern Hanoi Maritime Co., Ltd. (SHMC) and MHC HP

• Mr. Bui Dinh Quy: Chairman of SHMC

• Mr. Vu Thanh Hai: Representative for MHC’s capital in MLA, CEO of MLA

• Mr. Chu Nguyen Binh: Chairman of HPM

• Mr. Tran Khac Nguyen: CEO of SHMC, Representative MHC’s capital in Wallem

• Mr. Vu Ngoc Son: Founding member, an advisory for financial issues

• Mr. Hoang Duy Anh: Assistant Director, and resigned from Chief Accountant.
